To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最愛上海排骨菜飯!

百物騰貴, 大家樂食物的價錢都越來越貴。剛巧在街上盤算晚餐地點時經過大家樂, 見到大家樂新推出了兩個標榜為安撫打工仔痛苦稅月的一月份特價餐就被吸引進去了。上海排骨菜飯加熱飯盛惠$30 元而已, 挺吸引!再來了一盅淮山杞子燉瘦肉湯加$6, 一共$36。上海排骨菜飯份量一如以往, 沒多沒少的, 有三塊厚厚的豬排, 新鮮弄好, 非常入味, 不錯不錯! 附有的半隻旦味道馬虎, 但麻辣土豆絲值得一讚, 挺美味的, 有驚喜。可是土豆絲雖有麻辣的香味, 但辣味不足, 嗜辣的人士可能會失望。淮山杞子燉瘦肉湯可能因不足料 (瘦肉被切成很小很小粒的!), 燉湯被加了很多鹽, 成個湯完全缺乏了湯料應有的鮮味, 得個咸字, 差!

 上海排骨菜飯份量一如以往, 沒多沒少的, 有三塊厚厚的豬排, 新鮮弄好, 非常入味, 不錯不錯! 附有的半隻旦味道馬虎, 但麻辣土豆絲值得一讚, 挺美味的, 有驚喜。可是土豆絲雖有麻辣的香味, 但辣味不足, 嗜辣的人士可能會失望。
