To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次同事帶我來,六點半來到重有好多位,不過原來這裡要一早訂位,否則要在門口等位,好彩同事一早訂位,咁先唔晒等....本人未來過就由同事發板.避風塘瀨尿蝦,真係幾掂,須然唔係好大隻,但味道唔會太咸,而且蒜蓉又夠,最好就係無殼,因為好多人怕食瀨尿蝦要除殼,這裡就最放便.....米網蝦春卷,幾脆口都唔係太油利,送酒一流........芥末牛柳粒,口感一流,唔會太多wasabi 味,食落唔會太淋好食.........豉汁蒸白鱔,這個比起好多地方蒸好,豉汁味好香,又唔會好咸,送飯一流,白鱔肉又唔梅,食落重有少少彈牙.........

Other Info. : 成晚最好招呼景然係個啤酒姐姐,我地唔係飲好多啤酒,又幇我地添酒加冰,因為我飲氣水,幾乎連碗碟都幇手搬走........咁樣啤酒姐姐都未見過.
