今個夏季,台式飲品大行其道,緊貼潮流一族,都趕緊把照片post上網吸like。這股熱潮亦掀動了小妹,讓我記起這些年來雖被不同菜系奪去芳心,但台灣小吃,還是最根本、最原始的味道。當這種感覺縈繞心頭之際,正好乘著半山扶手電梯,一望,發現魚米家不見了,換來「鐵牛」這間台灣餐館。雙腳朝著招牌方向走去,上到位於二樓的店子,便見一室簡潔明亮的裝修,除了靠窗梳化座,舖頭亦設可移動的木桌。此時耳邊響起節奏輕快的歌曲,散發年輕氣息。餐廳採用半自助模式經營,店員安排入座後,食客需自行填好點餐紙,再往收銀台付款,食物稍後便有專人送上。要點食物,就先看看印刷精美的餐牌,那摩托車形的設計,確是可愛。菜式分門別類,圖文並茂,非常清晰。除了台灣湯麵、特色乾拌麵、麻辣湯麵、鮮番茄麵外,還有便當、小吃和弄巷小菜。飲品方面,包括珍珠類、手搖茶、咖啡、朱古力、梳打、汽水和啤酒等,選擇眾多。天氣翳熱,選了一款開胃麵食。鮮番茄牛筋腩麵($69)轉新竹米粉(+3)份量充足,先喝口湯,酸酸甜甜但不過濃,有助增強食慾。牛腩切成條狀,連著筋膜和少量肥脂,煮製時間應該不短,質感柔軟,很易咬開。牛筋極腍,略嫌稍欠彈力,然而啖啖骨膠原,仍是

天氣翳熱,選了一款開胃麵食。鮮番茄牛筋腩麵($69)轉新竹米粉(+3)份量充足,先喝口湯,酸酸甜甜但不過濃,有助增強食慾。牛腩切成條狀,連著筋膜和少量肥脂,煮製時間應該不短,質感柔軟,很易咬開。牛筋極腍,略嫌稍欠彈力,然而啖啖骨膠原,仍是女生恩物。新竹米粉幼細爽口,被湯底染成橙紅色,吸盡所有精華,煞是滋味。

台灣街頭小吃向來深得我心,怎能錯過?只是今天喉嚨不適,惟有謝絕一切炸物,就靠小街滷大腸拼豬爽耳($45)止止心癮。清洗妥當的大腸全無臊惡,而且滷得入味,煙煙韌韌富有嚼勁。如果大腸再肥些、再厚些,會更吸引。至於豬耳確是爽脆,味道可以濃點,想不到與酸菜又幾夾喎!

吃過邪惡之物,還是叫些蔬菜平衡一下。肉燥拌青菜($35)看來翠綠油亮,除了以甜甜的醬汁調味,還有香濃肉燥相伴,全不覺寡,就連平日少吃蔬菜的我,也停不了口。肉燥小茄子($36)則更迷人,幼嫩無渣的茄子經過蒜頭炒製,再加蔥花,香上加香,配合無敵肉燥,惹味無比。

最後當然不少得特色飲品,由於身體違和,只有捨棄冰茶而選擇熱飲。店員將之送上時,便留意到杯子印有「最原始的感覺」字句,頗有意思。芋香珍珠奶茶($28)加上椰果(+$5),煙韌Q彈滿有咬口。奶茶茶味不強,散發淡淡的芋香,順喉舒適。珍珠朱古力(原價$33,跟餐+$18)甜度較低,客人可隨意加糖,個人則認為淡淡的反而不會膩。
