To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係大約2個幾禮拜前，好似係10月13或14號，我係依間南記等攞野食嘅時候見到企係我前面負責出面嘅肥佬突然好似顛左咁，攞起啲碟好暴力咁掟落地下，然後聽到好巨大的碎裂聲，嚇到我死，咁變態咁暴力嘅人都請？！跟住我望下個肥佬，佢塊面有粒大墨，名牌寫住經理。我嚇到死，以後都吾敢幫襯南記，各位幫襯嘅客人都要小心！後來我打佢地門口嘅電話問有無換左經理，5如果換左就想再幫襯，點知聽電話嗰個人完全吾知有依件事發生，咁都得？我決定以後都吾幫襯南記。今日去另一間小店食粉面諗返起呢件事想提下各位食客要小心呢間南記
