To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前我知道哩間鹿角巷喺國內係好出名嘅,不過我真係唔知道原來香港已經開咗分店🤭,只係有一日有個朋友同我講開喺iSquare對面有一間,之前仲係勁多人排隊,所以今日行過尖沙咀就嚟試吓係咪真係咁好飲。唔知係唔係過咗熱潮,竟然冇人排隊,我諗都唔使諗就叫咗佢嘅招牌黑糖鹿丸鮮奶。等左3分鐘左右就整好左,根據佢牆上貼左一張指示,話首先大啖啜一口然後先至攪勻,於是乎我就聽佢咁嘅指示去做。嘩!第一啖真係好有驚喜,啲黑糖珍珠熱熱地,軟淋淋,再加少少鮮奶一齊啜,真係好飲到唔知點形容。之後我就跟住佢嘅指示攪勻再啜一口,佢嘅鮮奶唔會太甜,撈埋黑糖其實個甜度係啱啱好,超讚👍🏻,不過撈勻之後,個黑糖珍珠質感開始變硬,其實係煙煙韌韌嘅口感,同一開始飲嘅時候好唔同。由於佢個冰係固定左多少,所以冇得要求多冰少冰,但係我覺得佢係真係有計算過嘅,飲到最後啲冰融晒而杯鮮奶唔會好淡,最重要係飲到尾我仲可以啜埋所有珍珠,因為有好多珍珠奶茶店,因為冰太多而冇辦法將所有珍珠啜晒。
