我們選了濃湯花膠雞煲($198) ,湯底有很濃的雞味和花膠的骨膠原,但一點都不會咸,我和朋友都喝了兩三碗,喝完也完全沒有口渴的感覺,可以感覺是沒有味精的!!
我們還多叫了些配料,要特別推薦日本A4 和牛,一碟滿滿的也只是$138,性價比非常高,而且肉質非常不錯,不會太油膩,有牛香味,推薦!!!
我們兩個人吃了半隻雞已經很夠了,再加些配料就很滿足了,性價比非常不錯!








To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
