[本地肥牛]尼幾日香港特別凍,8度甘凍緊系打鞭爐。知道尼間岩開幾個月的餐廳,有肉骨茶湯底,適逢朋友生日,忍唔住要試下門面好靚,很有格調。主打馬來菜餐牌選擇都多當然選擇肉骨茶湯底,有分藥材和胡椒,當然先試藥材而內部的環境也是走清新型格風,明亮不錯肉骨茶湯底一上,即睇湯頭。唔油且味濃凍的時候食,真心一流。三個女仔,都點了不少野食。手工本地肥牛手打墨魚丸響鈴手打魚腐鮮魷蘿蔔唐蒿材料夠足兼新鮮冬天一邊飲肉骨茶,一邊涮牛肉!好正!鮮魷爽滑彈牙,粗過筷子最後,送上荔枝瑰玖紅茶暖笠笠地回家
