呢排天氣又轉涼,最啱就係打邊爐啦,不過香港人一年365日都最鍾意打邊爐架啦!平日食開嘅都係放題打邊爐,今日朋友生日就食好啲啦,揀咗呢間係銅鑼灣嘅「漁火」,之前睇過唔少食評都對呢間讚不絕口,今日一於試吓佢。一出𨋢門口就見到好日式嘅裝修,旁邊仲擺着個水池養住啲龍蝦同埋其他海鮮,十分新鮮!可能嗰日我哋都比較早上去食飯,無book位嘅我地等左一陣都已經可以入座。坐低後,店員好快就過來招呼我哋,同我地介紹餐牌,之後捧上一盤有九種火鍋醬料,十分細心,客人可以自行在座位中調味,並唔需要行去其他地方拎,呢個位抵讚!我哋嗌左個「芫荽皮蛋豆腐湯底」,味道香濃、清甜,一啲都唔油膩,而且十分足料,有大量嘅皮蛋、豆腐、芫荽,我好鍾意呢個湯底,直情可以就咁飲啲湯!火鍋配料方面嗌左漁火特色四色丸、漁火特色牛盛薈同時令雜菜籃。四色丸包括手打墨魚丸、手打牛筋丸、手打鮮蝦丸、手打鹹魚豬肉丸。一次過可以試晒四隻味道,呢隻丸係生上的,並唔係預先整定,十分新鮮,煮熟後爽口彈牙,尤其是鮮蝦丸,好濃蝦味,咬入去仲有好多細細隻嘅蝦,正!而漁火特色牛盛薈令我更加驚喜,有齊餐牌上嘅牛頸脊、牛邊位、頂級prime牛、牛舌芯、和牛粒。一上枱

而漁火特色牛盛薈令我更加驚喜,有齊餐牌上嘅牛頸脊、牛邊位、頂級prime牛、牛舌芯、和牛粒。一上枱後,老闆提醒左我哋牛頸脊同牛邊位呢兩款唔使整到全熟,如果唔係會比較韌。

聽咗老闆講,烚左十多秒就拎起,真係岩岩好,食得出牛嘅鮮味同埋原本嘅味道,完全唔需要其他嘅配料已經好好味,好足夠。

個人最喜歡prime牛,脂肪同瘦肉分佈得好好,牛味濃郁,入口即溶,真係食停到停唔到口!

另外仲嗌左個潮式冷南非鮑魚,辣辣地好惹味,十分新鮮,鮮味十足,爽口彈牙,一啲都唔韌。

最後嗌左一榨呢到自家製嘅竹蔗茅根,十分清熱,解膩。

總括而言,今次呢餐食得好滿足,朋友都十分滿意,下次會再叫多啲朋友一齊試吓!
