入到餐廳,29樓既落地玻璃望出去,成個維港一覽無遺,景觀的確無可挑剔。


打開餐牌,中西各種食物,從炸薯條到鮑魚,甚至牛扒鵝肝佛跳牆都共冶一爐,呢個概念其實唔錯,而且特別受外國人歡迎。

落左單之後白酒好快到,開左支酒大家就開始飲,點知跟住坐左差不多半個鐘,只係食過一碟醉蝦,醉蝦酒味夠香,但Size太細兼唔算新鮮,6隻蝦毛就已經差不多$100。另一方面,白酒都差不多飲晒,而野就仲未有得食。


再過一陣終於有野食,原來係西班牙海鮮炒飯,但其他小食就仲未到喎,再過一陣又黎燒羊架,但其他主食都係冇影。咁當中兩個人就唯有自己食住先。


試問一間咁貴既高級餐廳有咩可能亂咁出菜呢?花園餐廳都唔會啦!於是我地就問一問waiter點解會咁,點知佢答都唔答,頭也不回就走左去,我地大家都呆晒。


之後搵左個貌似經理既女人,佢只係不停話唔好意思會幫我地跟跟,又話係佢安排得唔好,但對於點解會咁,佢始終唔肯正面回答。


經過一番對話,出菜終於快返少少,食完兩個main dishes又可以食返炸魷魚鬚同海鮮拼盤,Set
Dinner的餐湯都終於開始上枱,但上完兩碗又偏偏差一碗隔多15分鐘先到,搞到一枱六人食野亂晒籠,完全唔係同一個步伐。然後碗湯未飲完waiter又行埋黎想收……


請問我地食緊大排檔嗎?


等多半個鐘,野食差不多上齊晒,大家差不多飽,只差一個Dinner Set的主菜-和牛鵝肝始終未到,於是我地唯有又問問啦,點知原來廚房漏左煮!真係唔問下都冇人醒起,話說朋友係因為想食鵝肝先叫呢個套餐,點知最重要果樣都可以漏,最後經理同意幫我地cancel左成個set。


杯盤狼藉過後,只差Set dinner三件蛋糕未到,我地等呀等等呀等又等左15分鐘,最後都係要三催四請先至有得食,但大家既忍耐力已經到達臨界點。


再問經理點解會咁,佢眼含淚水話樓面廚房都得返兩個人,所以安排亂左。但睇返成晚一半都未坐滿,已經搞到咁,如果full
booking會係咩環境呢?結果客人一肚氣伙記又覺得委屈,餐廳負責人如果有一絲既承擔,會唔會咁樣安排呢?


最後擾攘一輪,餐廳好唔情願咁俾左全單八折,但6個人每人都食左成$500


總結其實呢間野食物質素唔算差(但又唔係好好食,唔值呢個價錢),但服務安排可謂不知所謂,連基本野都可以錯漏百出,簡直係貼錢買難受的最佳體現。奉勸大家有得揀都唔好去呢間啦,同樣價錢有大把更好的選擇。
