鮨真的位置在尖沙咀商廈的二十樓, 比不少鮨店的景色好, 因為能飽覽維港的景色, 餐廳裝修沒有刻意追求和式木系傳統風格, 相對較為時尚, 和海景甚為配榙. 午市十五件壽司的套餐大約四百多元, 定價中等, 不會因被海景包圍而將定價提高, 尚算佛心.套餐的頭盤不再有沙律, 而是用上水雲和蕃茄製作的濕菜, 吃起來酸酸甜甜, 但一點也不膩. 茶碗蒸用上原條蟹肉絲, 看起來更Luxurious, 也更有鮮味. 鮨的質素不錯, 以這價錢定位而言, 沒有太多花巧的地方, 舍利黏度OK, 師父握得偏實而成形, 中間沒太多空氣感, 酸度較輕, 最為可惜的不是用上赤醋.魚生的選擇我處理也是做得恰如其分, 像是吞拿魚拖羅用上鹿兒島野生類, 比起傳統的中拖羅肉香更濃, 脂香較少, 但又沒有赤身的筋性. 鰹魚的口感緊致和肉香, 與右口魚的嫩滑油香相映成趣. 另外依佐木及金目鯛等白身魚表現同樣不錯, 當然不是驚為天人, 但味道上的取向, 白身及赤身魚上與味道的平衡, 還有甜品也就是自家製奶凍的水準, 以至價錢而言, 沒什麼好挑剔的!The view of sushi Ma is very nice as we ca

The view of sushi Ma is very nice as we can enjoy the sea view from the higher floor. The sushi set costed us around HKD $400 per head which is not that expensive. The appetizers and desserts are home made and we can feel her sincere. The sushi rice is firm and sour taste is light while the sashimi is well prepared with fresh and nice taste tuning.
