個飯一上枱見到有啲油,食完個底都真係好油。但係好在個太陽蛋又煎得幾靚,大大粒蛋黃又黃又橙好吸引;豬扒有醃過,煎過幾香口,可惜份量唔夠多。目測兩碟飯嘅豬扒大細爭好遠。仲有啲塊豬扒嘅邊係有一層好厚嘅肥膏。
最後因為唔夠飽,所以叫多個鮮油咖央多士。先有喺圖所見,係有啲厚度嘅。咖央唔係搽得好夠,可以再多少啲咖央醬,食落口牛油味重過咖央好多。






To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
