To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 偶然發現呢間太興較佢嘅其他分店抵食,weekday 晚餐唔使加錢,可以免費小菜變套餐,實在太好喇!於是我地好有誠意咁,放工就去咗幫襯喇。點咗2個小菜開心share,涼瓜炒牛肉and 西蘭花魚柳,有2碗白飯+2杯餐飲送嘅,不過凍飲要加3蚊。廚房好有效率,d餸好快就到哂。涼瓜真係冇改錯名,名符其實係“涼”嘅,好似係“由於時間嘅關係,一早已經準備好喇”。涼瓜一d都唔苦,我好鍾意,牛肉雖然熟哂,但係一d 都唔靱噃。雖然中菜係多油d,但係呢碟就唔覺太多油,但就因為“涼”咗,好地地嘅涼瓜炒牛肉,就係咁扣咗小小分喇。西蘭花魚柳就好d,粉醬唔會太厚,薄薄地,啱啱好,西蘭花炒得爽口,不過略嫌花與花之間都好似被醬過咁 ; 魚塊好厚身,食落啖啖肉,而且已經冇咗雪味。本來諗住又菜又魚應該會健康d,但係有太多油喇。最好嘅係白飯and餐飲係free嘅(只限Mondays to Thursdays),但係凍飲就要加3蚊喇。
