整体质素合理中上 店中点心的款式每隔一段时间会更新 加减部分点心 可是款式不算多 甜品款更少得一两款
这期新加的点心是泰式鲜肉饼配冬阴酱 好惊喜
土尤马蹄肉饼饭一般般 肉质偏干
咸水角好吃非常不错
牛肉肠 牛肉球 质素也很高 不会失望
缺点是:一:款色太少了不够丰富 、二:缺少精致的点心或者贵食材 多位大众平民的款色 吃不到精细的手艺 估计多数是预制菜现场加热 / 油炸、三:餐厅迎合高铁游客 比较吵缺少高级氛围的用餐体验、装修也很普通吧有点残了

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
