工作繁忙, 每晚既晚餐都搞到好遲先食, 所以都唔知算晚餐定宵夜, happy Friday所以黎左開到好夜既靚煲皇.夏天有新款小菜, 安格斯炒牛肉, 有油炸鬼一齊炒, 油炸鬼索左D汁, 腍腍地, 咁樣食, 口感又唔錯啊.安格斯牛肉厚薄適中, 炒得唔會太熟太韌, 牛味都幾重, 送飯一流.蝦膠腐皮卷, 呢個一炸完上枱, 已經聞到好香口, 個腐皮脆脆地, 唔算好油, 點D甜酸醬提升味道, 特別開胃. 里面個蝦膠打得好均勻, 外脆內爽, 夜左食呢D小菜都唔覺太heavy.
