這間酒樓最近得了米芝蓮一星,性價比和以前一樣高。這晚點了豉油皇田雞腿、龍蝦粒蟹肉焗釀蟹蓋、脆皮和牛面頰、萬豪炒香苗、楊枝甘露,有一個小小的前菜西芹和甜品年糕合桃酥是送的。整體質素和同品牌的喜來登天寶閣其實分別不大,但這裏的裝修新淨華麗。田雞腿的做法比較特別,有點像椒鹽,豉油味沒有蓋過鮮嫩感。第一次嘗試這裏的蟹蓋,龍蝦的感覺不明顯,很好味但不是特別驚喜,我比較欣賞焗的方法處理,而不是康得思明閣那裏的炸蟹蓋。而牛面頰性價比是最高,分量大,價錢只是二百多元。炒飯有正常的燒鵝和蝦,口感豐富。楊枝甘露有驚喜,有比較重的奶油感。其實這間酒樓最出色的是魚有關的菜式,例如艇皇花膠鮮魚湯、蘆筍油泡星斑球,不過這次是普通食飯,沒有點那麼名貴。這裏性價比高的菜色很快賣完,例如叉燒和炸雞,想嘗試的朋友應該提早入座。
