酥炸五香蝦棗
外皮炸到金黃酥脆,咬落去有啲似蠔餅口感,但蝦肉混咗太多肥豬肉,感覺有啲膩口。
砂撈越白胡椒花咲蟹
廚師好貼心將蟹殼敲開晒,蟹肉鮮甜彈牙,白胡椒汁香而不辣,仲有淡淡椰香,好正!
拍蒜油渣炒芥蘭
簡單嘅菜式但好驚喜,豬油渣爆到脆卜卜,芥蘭嫩綠爽脆,蒜香同油香撈埋一齊超級送飯。
酥炸花蜆鴛鴦脆皮河粉
超有創意!一半河粉炸到脆皮,一半濕炒索晒蜆汁鮮味,蜆肉大隻冇沙,如果脆粉少啲就perfect喇!
成餐飯最正係望住維港夜景食海鮮,雖然價錢有啲貴(成$2,428),但招呼幾周到,下次多人聚會會再encore!
