廚師發辦•雲🍣 依間壽司店除咗有得單點壽司或者叫刺身丼飯之類,亦都有三個價位嘅omakase,今次食咗中間價位嘅雲,以omakase嚟講價錢相對親民👌首先係4款刺身,有牡丹蝦、連子鯛、鮫鰈同埋拖羅,本月推介嘅時令刺身連子鯛味道清甜,鮫鰈嘅處理方法最為特別,肉質爽口,而且中間捲住咗炙燒過嘅魚邊,爽口中又有炙燒嘅香氣,而拖羅望落咁粉紅就知係入口即溶😋 之後係7件壽司,一開始係活北寄貝,師傅會拍一拍北寄貝,見到貝肉捲起至慢慢離開醋飯,可見真係好新鮮!白蝦比較軟綿同甜~黑鯥同銀鱈魚都係炙燒過,突出返魚嘅油香🔥鮮鯖魚嘅魚味較重,以蔥花同薑蓉作平衡海膽份量勁多,好creamy吞拿魚腦天柔軟無比,油脂亦同拖羅不相伯仲👍最後有蔥吞拿魚蓉手卷同麵豉湯
