位於銅鑼灣地標時代廣場9樓Banchan & Coo韓國餐廳,在香港開有多家連鎖店,店堂裝修佈置清新企理,座位闊落舒適盡顯時尚潮流。主打韓式及西式的佳餚。招牌菜韓式炸雞,雞皮脆肉嫩,非常香口,配有韓式年糕,軟糯煙韌。牛肝菌蛋包飯,切開蛋皮半生熟的蛋醬漫漫湧出,鮮香濃郁的牛肝菌與米飯蛋醬伴均,口感滑嫩。玫瑰醬燴雞腿肉蛋包飯,玫瑰花瓣點綴在蛋包飯上,令我食慾大增,口感豐富而滿足。慢煮羊膝配薯條,擺盤漂亮,配有薯條和蔬菜,買相十足,羊肉軟腍惹味,口感一流令人回味。餐後甜品雜莓牛角包窩夫,有藍莓和士多啤梨點綴,邪惡又吸引。餐飲盛夏冰爽西瓜檸檬梳打,有西瓜球和檸檬片,解喝清新又健康。餐廳坐無虛席,人氣爆棚,記得要提前訂座。
