To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年當然要辦年貨，可惜小弟有極嚴重消費困難症，不願買不捨得買又諸多要求。行經銅鑼灣行到雙腿發麻仍然是空手而回，剛巧經過18 Grams，總算有一種東西我想買了，就是咖啡。 幸好我們在香港這個地方，可以試盡不同的咖啡。有不同的國家，更難找的咖啡豆都可以找到。個人認為一杯好咖啡最重要是個底要做得好，咖啡底做得好，之後想要LATTE也好MOCHA又好都會變得得心認手。今回走到這裡，來一杯CAFFE LATTE，只售三十元(不會記錯吧），比市面任何一間都平，還有這地方沒錯是銅鑼灣，雖不是景點但租金一點也不平。有時很怕喝LATTE，因為一煮得差就會很難喝，也真的曾經試過喝了就想吐的。這裡的咖啡，小小的店舖真的想不到可以有這種質素，別緻的拉花雖然對於他們難度不大，但在這種小店想像一下咖啡師連轉身空間都小，整件事突然加分了。咖啡平身底子已經香濃，配合適中的牛奶絕對是剛剛好不會太搶。牛奶襯出咖啡的甘香相信能令一眾咖啡迷動心，或許它的香氣能打動一班從不愛咖啡的朋友。店舖小小，店內舖滿客人，沒位置坐是意料中事。服務員提供的服務亦不錯，他們會問：需要幫你加糖嗎？雖然沒位置坐，但站在門外喝咖啡也是一件

 留意到他們所用的杯，簡約得來令人有一種清新環保的感覺，襯托他們的隔熱紙隔算是簡約得來的一種點綴。
