春夏來了~開始喜歡充滿清新甜蜜感的菜式☺️ Espuma推出了春日菜單,充滿春天氣息的菜式令人眼前一亮😋。特別喜歡新菜式西班牙果酒醉蜆和蝦醬櫻花鮮蝦意大利麵,前者白蜆份量不少,帶有淡淡果酒香氣又不失鮮味🥰 後者蝦醬味道濃厚,配上大大隻鮮蝦和彈牙意粉惹味十足~。甜品方面依然是招牌窩夫最好吃,烏龍茶窩夫配上玫瑰醬汁口感鬆軟甜蜜♥️ 飲品花晨月夕上枱時散著乾冰氣仙氣十足✨ 是帶酒味的香桃荔枝梳打,酸酸甜甜的味道,正好配合春夏主題😊
