To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上到太興吃早餐,秖是遲了五分鍾,竟然又轉了午飯牌!當然太與最出名的就是叉燒和燒肉,雖然一碟63元的套餐,我最後也引不住誘惑叫了叉燒分蹄飯,對我來說有点貴,但一分錢一分貨,我覺得叉燒不是浪得虚名,因為燒得好香,而叉燒的賣相真的很漂亮,入口也很軟很香,口感一流,但如果是半肥瘦的叉燒更加好 !凍檸茶也要一提,檸檬有4至5片,最重要茶真的冲得一流,我覺得63元還是值得的!

凍檸茶也要一提,檸檬有4至5片,最重要茶真的冲得一流,我覺得63元還是值得的!
