文華海南雞飯 133$ 加10$升級咗做雞脾,去骨雞脾肉好!嫩!滑!,份量足,分分鐘係雞多過飯〜 雞皮爽滑,浸得夠透。油飯用雞湯和雞油煮成,夠香得尼又唔會太油。雞湯清甜,重有幾舊豆腐食吓,飲得出並唔係味精湯。完全keep得住水準!招牌大蝦喇沙 169$喇沙非常之大碗同足料,有大蝦、豆卜、魚片、蛋同芽菜,好滿足!湯底非常之濃郁,加入椰奶同蝦醬煮成,少少辣,都係暫時食過最正嘅喇沙。不過都比較易’漏’,食到半碗已經好飽!
