To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不嬲最鍾意食常餐嘅我,好開心上環屋企附近竟然開咗呢間咁有質素嘅餐廳。初初星期日唔開嘅,同埋晚市都唔開,好快就賣完啲嘢就收鋪。但三月之後星期日都有開,令我星期日多咗一個好選擇。因為餐廳都比較細,坐得比較密,所以通常午餐都係嗌外賣,可以打電話去叫定先,之後去攞。最鍾意食就係嗰個火腿鮑魚絲通粉,炒蛋可以變太陽蛋,多士可以加$5轉奶油豬,呢個奶油豬超正,好脆口!!义燒炒蛋飯弥都正。另外仲可以叫檸樂煲薑,啱晒我!!見生意幾好,證明逆市肺炎下,只要你好食,同埋揀啱market,生意都唔會差得去邊。
