早上七點半已經起床，出咗將軍澳海濱公園長廊曬下太陽後來到NOC食早餐，飲杯SOE的肯亞的黑咖啡，果然果酸味突出明亮，口感輕柔，加份墨西哥素食餡餅，大約等了15分鐘已經端上來，它配上一份藜麥雜菜沙律，餡餅一共有兩塊，墨西哥餡餅內餡有嫩菠菜、炒野菌、素芝士、素意式白醬等旁邊有酸酸甜甜的粒粒菠蘿莎莎，而新豬肉味道有點偏鹹而濃味，素芝士反而晤會太鹹，半溶軟滑芝士加上嫩口的菠菜及野菌，味道清新而帶出濃郁芝香，餡餅溫度都是偏暖，再熱啲會好食啲環境都好乾淨企理、寧靜，地方都好大又寬敞，感覺都好舒服。
