To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日(28/5/2022)同朋友一點十到這食店,要等位,近門口侍應不停叫掃針咭,由於未入座,故拒絕,侍應仍不斷叫掃針咭。準時二點,侍應叫有籌號就跟一男侍應入內安排座位,但該男侍應只安排了幾枱就算,大堂有好多空枱,唯有自行搵位,坐下,無人理,開包茶葉都叫咗3次,我哋唔係幾識用個水壼,叫侍應,不停叫等陣,最後,都係靠自己,攪咗成幾分鐘先有水入落個壼。點心都幾多點了4個點心功夫小籠包,湯留晒出嚟頭抽鴛鴦椒,熱辣辣,夠味香麻叉燒酥,香脆,幾多叉燒餡料榨菜牛肉腸,好淡口,食唔到榨菜
