To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天很忙地在廣州趕回香港,幾個鐘的車程已很餓了,於是就拿拿林選了成日話做到100分的快餐店,點了這個所謂的星州炒米,送上時用膠蓋著,好像很熱很新鮮的感覺,但食落又乾又硬又凍,已是很餓的我也覺難食,唯有到些熱水下去希望好點,但無補於事,一樣係很難食,真係做到100分就只得個口號,我就話10分都唔值啦。
