太古城中心來了一間新開由新加坡過江龍的「天天海南雞」,這間店是星加坡連續多年來米之蓮推介,主打正宗海南雞與地道南洋風味,一於到來朝聖一下。🤤🤩🐥✨ 天天海南雞($169),作為店裡的招牌鎮店之作。海南雞白滑皮薄而有光澤,肉質彈牙,入口帶點雞油香氣和油潤,店舖秘製的三款醬汁(醬油、辣椒醬和薑蓉)很入味足料,食海南雞前加入幾滴青檸汁,多了份酸香餘韻,令人回味。🐥🌶️✨ 牛肉骨茶小火鍋($169),肉骨茶中的蒜蓉和胡椒味道很濃厚,也有藥膳的味道,夏日去濕一流的湯水推介。內裏也有不少的配料,包括牛腩、牛筋、牛丸、冬菇和枝竹等。可以先每人喝兩碗湯,之後店員會在添加肉骨茶,再用來煮湯米粉,相當飽肚。🥩🍲✨ 椰奶炸龜苓膏($49),傳統龜苓膏外層炸至金黃酥脆,再淋上濃郁椰奶,先甜後苦,清甜不膩,是一款很有特色創新甜品作。🥥🐢
