明苑是深水埗比較平實的茶記，茶和咖啡是平實可以接受，食品水平也不錯，早餐選擇也多，但欠中式粥品，今早選了牛肉湯意和火腿太陽蛋也不錯，份量十足一定飽肚，大家可以去指教品平呀。
