Restaurant: Capital Café (Shau Kei Wan Main Street East)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢星期六日中午十二點後必定大排長龍,所以今天差不多2點到避免排隊。先講呢度既招牌常餐,比起叉燒我每次都會選擇餐牌上沒有的牛肉意粉。呢度炒蛋不用多說,是華星的一大賣點,非常香滑但比起炒蛋,我反而最愛他的多士,外脆內軟無得頂。以前華星只有常餐,或者自選麵食,最近新增了午餐餐牌,有飯食。今次試佢嘅自家製蔥油雞髀飯,佢嘅蔥油好特別,同普通餐廳完全唔同,蔥香味好重,好味。雞脾皮脆肉嫩不錯。最後唔少得佢杯奶茶,雖然比起以前退步左,但奶同茶搭配都平均,唔會澀口。
