我同朋友都鍾意食墨西哥美食🇲🇽,皆因貪佢夠香口。不過好多時提供墨西哥菜嘅都係酒吧,我哋放工後想放鬆下傾計,唔想去啲嘈嘅地方。最後竟然俾我上網搵到旺角有間餐廳「Mobin」,好似幾啱心水喎😉!我哋預先喺網上訂定枱,一去到店員就有相關資料,並安排入座。佢哋全部都好有禮貌,又重視客人意見,令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺👍️。題外話,餐廳入口唔太起眼,你會以為自己行錯咗去賓館,好彩佢有喺樓梯貼上餐廳名作指示➡️。牛油果醬煙鮭魚他他($95),呢個小食由兩部份組成,左邊係用嚟沾醬食嘅洋蔥味脆餅🥠,上枱時佢好完整,店員建議我哋整碎佢撈醬食,風味更佳。另一邊係牛油果醬伴煙三文魚Guacamole🥑,再加埋忌廉芝士、青瓜、洋蔥同三色椒等配料,成個組合一齊食好惹味!墨西哥香烤雞翼($78),雞翼一客有六隻🍗,中間仲搭配咗少量自家製椰菜沙律。雞翼經烤焗,令外皮變得微微脆,而肉質就保持嫩滑。雖然佢名叫Hot Wings🔥,但辣度實屬老少咸宜,我認為佢香多過辣,幾正啊。芝士粟米肉鬆餡餅($118),我一向都鍾意食墨西哥餡餅Quesadilla🌮,而呢度嘅口味更為出色,因為佢將台灣風情融入在內。餡餅輕薄軟熟,中間夾住嘅係豬肉
