我食呢間串燒店食咗都有10年,佢嘅位置位於廣華醫院對面的登打士街,主要售賣滷水串燒。

自己好鍾意食生腸,原來係豬的輸卵管,串燒用唔同啲滷水汁製作,生腸和大腸都是橙色,口感爽口彈牙,配合秘製醬汁、甜醬和芥辣,味道複雜多層次,令人回味無窮。

其他部份有豬肝、豬心、豬肺等,其實我唔係好識分辨,總之就好味,好似至少食三四串。

不過三相經常好快售罄,要買就趁早。店舖外面冇以前咁多客人排隊,但經營咗咁多年,捱埋個疫情仍然屹立不倒,證明佢嘅實力。
