東鐵線一街之隔既白布街,原來都好多嘢食,唔一定北上先可以食潮汕牛火鍋,呢度價錢都好親民同新鮮。懷舊裝修夠玩味。揀牛骨鴛鴦澄海鹵水湯底,一鍋兩種不同口味點份潮城牛肉三拼(匙柄、嫩肉、三花趾),一個價錢就食到,抵吖!店員逐一介紹三個部位肉及最佳煮法,稀少部位,當然要放鹵水湯,食真正原味道🥢匙柄係里脊內層肉,有葉狀肉紋,脂少甜嫩嫩肉偏紅鮮潤,觀感近乎冇脂,薄切超嫩軟綿🥢三花趾係牛腿筋腱位,入口相對爽脆,肉質富彈性,我最欣賞。牛骨湯放墨丸、餃類煮透,掛上黑壓壓湯汁勁入味,湯底不單好重牛骨香味,仲有芽菜豆卜配料,不外加醬料都好惹味一口墨丸內藏超多墨魚肉碎,爽彈鮮味豬肉芹菜餃夠大隻,外皮滑肉饀多汁,仲混左香勁芹菜!鹵水湯底仲有鮮甜蘿白,煮透後吸收晒湯汁精華,涮份娃娃菜都寧舍鮮甜D!
