行旺角見到呢間餐廳都幾多人食,上網睇原來「榮哥煮場」曾經獲得「環球廚神國際挑戰賽」獎項,好犀利咁🤣🤣,就入去一上試究竟🐽 花膠雞米線 $68首先梗係飲啖湯先🤤,係用雞熬煮既湯,飲到雞既鮮味,但又唔會太鹹,花膠係比較薄身,但都食到佢既質感,份量都唔少,有成5-6舊,另外雞件好滑,配料仲有啲木耳同笌菜,米線係比較爽口個隻😋🐽沙薑雞飯+竹笙花膠濃湯 $83叫左個午市套餐,有飯有湯,沙薑雞係用鮮沙薑,冇沙薑粉既咁濃郁,但多左淡淡既辛香味,雞件都好鮮😆另外叫左個花膠濃湯,見到奶白色就知好正,裏面有花膠、竹笙同木耳,非常夠味🤩🐽胡椒雙肚 $38估唔到呢個既湯都好好味😂,胡椒味幾重,有豬肚同魚肚,兩樣切成幼條,口感爽口唔韌🐽樽仔檸茶、樽仔奶茶 $24樽仔奶茶就聽得多,樽仔檸茶就第一次見,兩枝都好飲,茶味夠濃,奶茶夠香滑,檸茶唔會太甜,酸度都夠🤩

首先梗係飲啖湯先🤤,係用雞熬煮既湯,飲到雞既鮮味,但又唔會太鹹,花膠係比較薄身,但都食到佢既質感,份量都唔少,有成5-6舊,另外雞件好滑,配料仲有啲木耳同笌菜,米線係比較爽口個隻😋
