發覺原來在香港吃吉列牛的餐廳不多,最近在旺角新開張的御石燒,主打吃日本吉列牛,當然也有其他石燒肉的套餐!店員的服務細心,會時刻關注著酒精蠟的消耗程度,火勢持續旺盛,一直都聽到石燒的滋滋聲✨⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫<御燒極上級吉列牛> $118<御燒豚肉> $88❅ 紫菜味素飯+流心蛋+麵豉湯 +$35吉列牛有提供原味及黑松露味,第一次吃當然先試原味!廚師會預先把牛肉炸成吉列脆皮,再切成一片片,上枱後客人自行把吉列牛燒熟,石板夠熱所以煎一陣子便可以品嚐!御燒豚肉也是一樣,但就沒有預先加工,是肥瘦參半的豚肉!建議加配$35的套餐,比起淨加白飯豐富很多,添了飯素馬上變得更日式😆
