燒豬頸肉燒得外脆內軟,外層燒得好香口,仲有少少燶邊,食落又焦香嘅香味。豬頸肉裏面仲保持豬肉汁,好嫩身,口感唔會乾柴。一碟嘅份量都唔細,有八至九大塊。生牛肉牛骨湯河湯河嘅湯底非常夠熱,上碟嘅時候啲牛肉仲係生嘅,浸一浸就已經去到八九成熟,啱啱好。河粉亦都好幼身,滑脫脫。牛骨湯底味道濃郁,食得出應該冇落味精,食完唔會好頸渴。燒牛肉撈檬燒牛肉嘅醬汁味道好濃,唔使落撈檬醬汁成碗嘢都已經好夠味。最欣賞係花生同埋炸蒜片嘅份量好足夠,再加埋生菜絲,同埋其他蔬菜,所以食落去淡淡都有唔同口感。整體嚟講價錢親民,份量十足,非常抵食。

生牛肉牛骨湯河
