距離去泰國玩之前仲有段時間,就去食泰菜pre trip一下。海南雞(例牌$78)見到師傅熟練技巧專切雞,這裡半隻雞都有,超大份!雞很肥美嫩滑,而且是去骨的,附泰式辣醬,好惹味。蒜茸炒雜菜($58)有芥蘭、西蘭花、椰菜、菇、粟米芯、蘿蔔,色彩豐富,蒜香嘖噴。椰汁三色冰($22)星馬蛋黃雞翼($68)用上單骨雞翼,掛滿鹹蛋醬,口感豐富又滿足。滷豬髀喇沙米線($48),湯底椰奶味重,豬脾肉帶皮很嫩,又有嚼勁,配芽菜、豆卜,生菜墊底增加美感。米線份量也很多,麵身偏軟,吸收了湯汁的味道。凍奶茶(跟麵凍飲加$7)
