To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同班同事去左歌德餐廳食嘢,平時夜晚去飲酒就多,估唔到而家做埋lunch。唔好以為係酒吧就靜係飲酒,原來啲食物都幾有水準。我叫咗紅咖哩鴨肶飯,咖哩配鴨肶真係未試過,對我來講啲咖哩偏印度口味,唔算好辣,鴨肶都夠林,夠入味,整體來講呢個價錢算好抵食。同事A叫左鱈魚柳配芒果莎莎醬,佢話個醬甜甜地,有果香,成件事好清新,好好味。另外同事D就叫左個燒春雞,出來個樣都好靚,唔講都唔記得自己只係食緊lunch,以為係嘆緊晚餐~~我見個餐牌仲有紐西蘭肉眼,都係七十蚊,好似幾抵食~下次再去試下而家旺角區食嘢都唔平,食來食去都係果啲冇乜新意,呢間嘢用餐環境都舒服嘅,服務又唔錯,舒舒服服食完個lunch,先有心情繼續返工捱騾仔架嘛
