講起旺角 我相信大家開常都係行女人街呀旺角中心呀好小人會去朗豪坊後面周圍走今日 約左朋友拎野 慢無目的咁周圍行行到朗豪坊後幾條街發現到食桂林米粉既小店 門前有一大張poster 賣相吸引而我去到既時候都差唔多9點 而個區都唔係旺區,所以食客較小一坐低就睇下有咩好野食呢到好似平時食車仔麵咁係張紙簡好咩湯底 同要咩餸每款都好特別 最終特就簡左柳州螺螄粉起初我以為係螺絲粉再問返店員先知其實個湯底係用左螺肉去煮成而粉就係桂林米粉 質感好似米線咁但又無米線咁'腍' 口感不錯而湯既配料有炸腐竹, 炸花生, 荀, 木耳, 蔥花, 炸肉碎等等配料口感豐富, 而個湯底本身帶辣, 非常惹味額外 我再加左豬手及鹵大腸而豬手及大腸煮得非常入味, 一入口有即溶既感覺, 一流!另外, 有自家制既醃青椒及醃蘿蔔可以比客人自己攞黎食

每款都好特別

最終特就簡左柳州螺螄粉

起初我以為係螺絲粉

再問返店員先知其實個湯底係用左螺肉去煮成

而粉就係桂林米粉 質感好似米線咁

但又無米線咁'腍' 口感不錯

而湯既配料有炸腐竹, 炸花生, 荀, 木耳, 蔥花, 炸肉碎等等配料

口感豐富, 而個湯底本身帶辣, 非常惹味

額外 我再加左豬手及鹵大腸

而豬手及大腸煮得非常入味, 

一入口有即溶既感覺, 一流!
