To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兵仔同娘娘們不嬲都好鐘意食川菜，呢間811已經係第二次encore真係色香味俱全，cp值又高！嗌咗一份辣子雞，好大碟份量好多，啲雞丁炸得好脆，外脆內軟！辣味都好夠愈食愈正，送飯一流另外仲有半份嗌，2個人去嗌半份就夠~水煮肥牛都做得好出色，好多肥牛同配料，可以一路煲住食，啲麻辣愈煲愈出味佢個湯底唔會太油，又唔會太鹹，做得啱啱好。我地都叫咗必選的冷鍋酸菜魚，除咗有大量魚外，佢都有好多配料，例如酸菜、金菇及芽菜等，最驚喜佢有好多薯粉同酸菜湯好夾，愈食愈開胃。另外啲魚煮得好滑好淋，又唔腥，唔食魚嘅朋友都食到最後叫咗個黑糖糍粑，呢個都係必叫的，佢好快賣哂啲糍粑煎到外脆內軟，好軟糯煙靭，配埋啲黃豆粉同黑糖汁真係好好食
