蠔埕開業兩週年做緊一個日本鹿兒島A5和牛松露鵝肝海鮮宴,和牛菜式包埋黑松露和牛他他、炙燒紅酒鵝肝松露汁和牛壽司、鹿兒島A5黑毛和牛shabu shabu同炭燒黑松露和牛漢堡丼。和牛質素都幾唔錯,鵝肝松露汁和牛壽司直頭係入口即溶,shabu shabu嘅和牛片油脂好豐富,都幾好食。炭燒串燒拼盤係廚師發辦,當日有阿波美雞翼、阿波美雞頸肉、豬腩肉同燒粟米,師傅燒得幾好,雞翼做到皮脆而多汁,而且調味岩岩好,唔會過咸! 海鮮方面會包左凍海鮮拼盤同無限追加嘅日本生蠔,生蠔都幾肥美同大隻,配埋sake 一流。sake 同生啤都是任飲,岩晒飲得之人😄
