去銅鑼灣食lunch ,諗住去居酒屋幫襯下,疲情下停開晚市,對佢地真係好傷,想食日式串燒,記起Mokumoku Yakiton日本居酒屋,串燒種類多,食材有質素,去到見餐廳都做緊提早的HAPPY HOUR 8折優惠。餐牌都好厚,點了前菜蕃茄$28,有香葱、醋和蒜味,好開胃。燒雞泡魚乾,居酒屋必食,好惹味。隨即叫杯酒餸下,叫了柚子梅酒, 甜甜酸酸,好夾。多春魚脆口,都算大條,魚春都多。豬皮串初時以為係炸豬皮, 點知原來係有嚼口, 煙韌的燒豬皮, 好有創意, 好味唔會有豬羶味, 不過上枱要趁熱食, 否則會變硬。燒雞翼外脆內嫩肉, 香口, 食串燒都必叫的。豬大腸串以前食的都是港式煮法, 冇諗過日式串燒又另一番風味, 冇咩肥膏之餘, 油脂又好香, 脆皮微脆。雞軟骨串軟骨卜卜脆, 黏住少少肉, 惹味。燒洋蔥原個洋蔥燒, 好清甜喎, 可以當為一個菜食,水份多, 多汁。
