經過旺角朗豪坊口痕想食下甜品,見到有間甜品店,經過店員推介之下,就點了一件日本青森蘋果做的蘋果酥,同埋焦糖堅果奶油蛋糕。佢係日本製造的甜品,所以對於食材原料比較有信心,首先食一口焦糖堅果奶油蛋糕,雖然款式唔花巧,但將蛋糕做到好出色,做得好好食都唔容易㗎,呢個焦糖堅果奶油蛋糕係日本直送,但係都係非常之濕潤,蛋糕有彈性得來又綿密,有美味嘅蛋糕香味,配上外層的堅果,軟硬程度適中,非常好味。另外店員推介嘅青森蘋果批,問到店員蘋果酥有什麼分別,原來此店嘅蘋果酥係用青森蘋果肉和吉士做的,相對比較甜同濃郁,外皮的酥皮真係非常非常之脆,剛剛出爐,口感方面做得好出色,甜甜酸酸好開胃,個蘋果批勁鬆脆,暖笠笠,甜度適中,仲勁香蘋果味,中間爆出蘋果蓉,好足料,下次希望試吓其他蛋糕。
