尖沙咀開咗金色不如帰後一直都未有機會去試,咁岩今日係附近收工,約埋個同事一齊去食拉麵!日本過江龍拉麵店,東京店更連續5年獲得米芝蓮一星!有一定信心保證!(辛)豚骨辛拉麵三層肉肥瘦分明,肉質軟淋入味~拉麵煙韌有咬口,唔會煮得過淋,軟硬適中,食落充滿口感!湯底夠濃郁,配上辛辣口味肉碎,啱哂鐘意重口味既我~(醬)貝汁醬油拉麵呢款拉麵係餐廳既推介之選!用上蜆湯、豬骨清湯、魚清湯三重湯底熬製而成,飲落有濃濃海鮮味,鮮香味濃~再加上牛肝菌粉及牛肝菌油點綴,令成個湯底另有一番滋味!朋友仲追加左溏心蛋同低溫叉燒。用低溫慢煮既方法去處理叉燒,令到叉燒比一般更加軟滑且唔會柴口,同時亦都充滿肉汁,好正!!一口芝士脆豚一層豚肉包裹住芝士,再裹上麵包糠去炸。一咬開啲芝士就已經爆曬出嚟。脆卜卜,好惹味!
