之前在大阪旅行吃過花丸軒拉麵,最近路經中環發現同一間店名,原來剛剛登陸香港了。有叉燒及豬軟骨拉麵,湯底是醬油豚骨或激辛,小食也有好幾款。招牌原條慢煮豬軟骨拉麵配溏心蛋原條經8小時慢煮豬軟骨,肉質入口即化,軟骨如啫喱在口溶化。豚骨湯底再加上背脂醬汁,濃而不膩。橙黃色的溏心蛋好吸引,拉麵煮得剛好夠彈牙,掛湯一流。叉燒拉麵看到師傅將叉燒灸燒過,油脂香味包圍著,叉燒腍身又香口。唐揚炸雞雞皮位置炸得如薯片般香脆,咬開炸雞有肉汁流出,肉質嫩滑,醬汁是沙律醬加辣椒,惹味又不膩。
