聽朋友講616火鍋有好多款唔同既牛肉部位,定價唔貴之餘仲坐得幾舒服,於是就帶媽媽去試下。醬料每人$10,種類非常多仲好靚料,私心推薦秘製牛肉汁加柑橘汁,好鮮味,沾牛肉真係好出色!湯底方面揀左牛骨清湯,見四周圍既人都係揀呢個,入面有兩大舊牛骨同埋5-6舊牛腩,唔鞋仲好濃郁牛味,另外仲有白蘿蔔,無根唔苦!牛肉方面,店員推薦試下堂食限定既信州和牛,係由日本長野縣直接運到黎香港,三款入面我就試左牛腹肉,係油脂較多既一款,所以入口特別滑溜,食得出好高質!除左信州和牛,其他牛肉部位都好出色,包括牛駝峰、安格斯橫隔肌、牛上肋、匙柄等等,質素真係無得輸,每款都有唔同既口感同口味,同平時任食火鍋既牛肉比真係兩回事。仲有鮮製手打烏冬都好值得推薦,呢款手打烏冬係與日本在港開設既製麵所合作,專爲616研發既稻庭風烏冬,用左日本麵粉造,幼身得黎又有嚼勁,沾埋湯底同醬汁食好正!飲品就揀左獨有既616原漿手工啤同洛神玫瑰茶,前者麥味好香,唔會太苦澀;後者甜度適中,解膩一流!
