To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同同事去試新店 『牛角』之前食LUNCH途經,好多人等位,又未有set lunch. 這店可以電話訂位, 但係已經訂至1月了。職員稱當日walk in可能有位的。於是是日中午12時15分到達,果然等了不足3分鐘就有位了。 在等位中, 發現有lunch set 了, 比起散叫抵一些。我同同事一人叫了一個set, 1: 牛肋骨定食, 2:牛舌加牛助骨定食。另加豬頸肉一份個餐包括:椰菜沙律: 椰菜很爽,但沙律汁不夠。前菜: 有三小款 (芽菜、青菜、及泡菜)泡菜好好味,不過太小。海帶湯: 有芝麻有內。主菜: 牛肋骨,大約有8塊, 有燒汁或盬, 我選了燒汁, 好入味, 牛肉味濃。不過分量小。 牛舌加牛肋骨, 牛舌四塊牛肋骨四塊, 牛舌好薄, 朋友稱好食, menu有教你燒幾多時間. 好Professional 另加的豬頸肉好爽, 盬燒好味。白飯及餐茶 一個定食不是大分量, 如果分量多小小會滿足些。
