日本人食壽喜燒是因為有喜事或大事慶祝!一年過去,老公和我都加了人工和出了花紅,一定要好好慶祝!識食一定揀牛陣吃日本正宗的壽喜燒慶祝!我們選擇了日本產特選黑毛和牛套餐$329一位!店員教我們正宗的壽喜燒食法,超讚!首先將和牛的肥膏落鍋,煎出牛油,再放入大蔥和洋蔥一同爆香!之後就到重頭戲,放入和牛,再倒入兩羹壽喜燒醬汁, 散發出陣陣香味,未食已經流曬口水!燒好的和牛再沾上蛋汁,真的不得了!和牛的牛肉味很濃郁、壽喜燒醬汁的甜味再加上蛋汁的鮮味,簡直一絕!而且和牛切得夠薄,油花分佈平均,有入口即溶的感覺!之後加入上湯,就開始打邊爐!!我們總共足足吃了10盤和牛! 而且每一盤和牛質素都非常高! 自助區的選擇非常豐富,而且很新鮮! 有冰菜,羽衣甘藍,生菜,各式菇菌,南瓜,芋頭等等!還有雞肉,雞滑,脆皮腸,牛丸,龍蝦丸,魚腐等等!啤酒汽水飲品任飲!還有最正的Haagen Dazs雪糕任食,太正了!
