同朋友慶祝生日,她指明要食壽喜燒,原來係日本正宗既壽喜燒係喜慶節日先會食牛陣最近推出左關西壽喜鍋,係香港比較少見,街外多數是關東做法的特製甜醬汁湯底🥘有教學📄我地揀左$289/位既任食日本產黑毛和牛套餐🐴和牛脂肪較少,切得夠薄,燒既時間只要幾秒就夠除左和牛仲有豚肉🐖牛舌👅海鮮配料,無限追加蔬菜類留反食完燒肉後打邊爐煮來食都得比較少有既冰菜同羽衣甘藍都有,大讚💕開始喇…有店員親身示範,所以一d都唔洗擔心先用和牛脂肪燒熱鍋底,再加入洋葱同京葱直接放入和牛炙熟,加少量壽喜燒甘露調味日本正宗吃法蘸蛋汁🥚食,原本以為用沒加湯的方法來煮肉,肉質必定又實又乾,點知食到肉汁依然有,而且肉味濃郁,一d都唔油膩😋而且日本雞蛋生食係好安全,唔洗擔心衛生問題覺得燒夠之後,就加入鰹魚湯底,放入各種蔬菜類,如果覺得唔夠,岀面仲有多款種類可以岀去羅,個人認為Shabu Shabu既和牛就無Sukiyaki既煮法甘好食仲有häagen-dazs雪糕🍦任食,汽水同埋日本啤酒 Asahi都可以任飲識食一定來牛陣食!又正宗又抵食😊
