今晚好開心,訂到我地期待已久既一郎和牛燒肉放題。收工後就同朋友衝去食和牛啦。首先值得一讚,係地方夠大,坐得舒服之餘,又5會煙霧彌漫,令環境方面幾好。到點餐,由於我哋選擇既係D餐,所以有和牛任食之餘,仲有更多海鮮熟食選擇。呢間鋪既小田A4 級和牛,絕對係藝術品。單單睇肉上既大理石油花,就知係貨真價實既優質肉。首先,有是日精選既和牛西冷。睇到個木箱就哇一聲甘令,好有儀式感。如果你擔心燒得5好,仲可以叫待應幫手燒。西冷肉味較濃,濃郁既牛味令人食指大動。好既和牛簡單少少鹽去調味 就好突出和牛既鮮味。佢仲有牛夏多布里昂,係和牛中既極級!一頭牛都係得5kg左右。平時未必甘容易係餐廳食到。呢塊肉真係不得了,先燒4成熟,再放入特制既牛油蒜蓉汁煮熟。入口果刻,蒜香纏繞著和肉的牛香,肉汁係口腔溢出,爆發無可比擬既滋味。更甚係牛質不愧為和牛中最嫩既部分,軟嫩絲滑令人銷魂,入口滋味而細緻既口感,不愧為牛中極品。一朗仲有其他部位既和牛,分別係和牛肉眼,和牛牛肋條,和牛里脊肉及和牛牛肋肉。個人中意和牛肉眼,因為油脂分泌平均,肉汁飽滿。輕輕2邊燒十多秒,已經達到入口即溶既感覺。中意肉脂多啲既會推介牛肋肉或牛肋肉條。

中意肉脂多啲既會推介牛肋肉或牛肋肉條。豐富既肉脂香令人陶醉。最好係表面微帶金黃色,容易帶逼出肉脂,咬落口感帶點酥脆。肉脂不會過於油膩,食落真係滿滿既享受。

其實和牛之外,仲有好多好出色既豬肉同海鮮。
例如日本廣島蠔,黑松露扇貝及牛油海蝦。
當牛肉食得太多時,不妨轉換一下口感,海鮮相對無甘濃味,反而有點清新鮮味,帶點驚喜之餘,令大腦有更多新鮮感,令自己覺得仲可以食更多。
