最近太熱,做乜都無乜心情。🐷見到我甘就話下午帶我去食壽喜燒。一開門,完全無想到自己好像去左日本。連師傅都係日本人❤️餐廳用上全部日本材料,連壽喜燒的生蛋也是日本第一位的食材。午餐5道菜都已經好享受。先來蝦伴上烏魚子,本以為是熱食,原來係凍食的,味道十分有層次,烏魚子帶起蝦的鮮甜。再吃用上松葉蟹的菜碗蒸,蛋味道和松葉蟹配搭勁鮮味,蒸起上來又好嫩滑。再有濃濃的味噌湯💚重點:師傅即場烹煮的日本和牛,兩款和牛分別來至三重同鹿兒島❤️兩塊的肉質嫩滑,點上生蛋醬令嫩滑度提升同入口即溶👏🏻師傅唔會一次過烹調兩款牛,會等你吃完第一塊才慢慢烹調,務求令客人食到剛煮上的和牛丁字麪也沾上了壽喜燒的味道,真係好想食多幾件最後有巨峰提子和紅豆作結尾,走既時候,師傅仲岀門道別🥰
